Engineered Fabrication
CSS provides fabrication and assembly support for specialized cargo restraint and safety equipment based on customer-approved designs and technical requirements.
We work with customer engineering teams to translate approved designs into practical production methods, including material selection, assembly processes, inspection and testing. Products are fabricated and tested in accordance with customer-approved specifications and applicable contractual requirements.
Inspection & Testing
In-house tensile testing up to 10,000 lb supports production verification, performance testing and investigative testing without reliance on third-party test facilities.
Testing is performed to customer-specified requirements using measurement equipment maintained under a documented calibration control program.
Calibration of load, crosshead displacement and speed verification systems is traceable to standards established by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
Program & Distribution Support
CSS provides supply chain and fulfillment support for government, defense and commercial aviation programs.
Capabilities include controlled warehousing, inventory accountability, documentation management and contract-based material supply.
Products may be supported under established customer or government part numbers with documented traceability maintained in accordance with contractual requirements.
Our Northwestern Pennsylvania location provides efficient ground access to Northeast, Midwest and Canadian markets.
